I just bought the self installation package today that came with everything needed to setup the Dish Network serivce. But the problem is that I’m not receiving a signal. How do I get one so I don’t have to return the setup to the store tomorrow? It’s a 301 receiver and 500 dish. I need some help asap because customer support is useless and redirects me to different people who never give me a straight answer. Thank you.

Dish network ran an add on front of the penny saver stating they could provied dish network services for $19.99 per month plus $5.00 for local channels for a total of $25.00 a month. The add also said free equipment for up to 4 rooms. When I got my bill it was for $30.69 and when I call up dish network the said that I had to pay for an extra reciver for the 4th T.V. Nowhere in the add can I find anything that says there is a charge for the extra T.V.

All of the information on the Dish Network site says it can record 2 shows at once but it doesn’t say if both shows can be HD. The site does say it can control two TV’s but one will be standard definition. Does this mean I cannot record 2 HD programs at the same time?
